The basic hydrofoil kitesurf course takes place over two days and allows you to learn the fundamental principles of hydrofoil, both for safety on land and in water, as well as for navigation techniques.
During the initial hours, we will focus on finding and training the necessary balance to manage the board and control the first flights on the foil to practice Hydrofoil on Lake Garda.

Two group sessions can be held over 1-2 days (not necessarily consecutive) depending on wind conditions and forecasts.
During the practical lesson, each student will be individually guided by the instructor.
Each of the two group sessions lasts approximately 3-4 hours depending on the number of students.
The group typically consists of 3 students.
